3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to acceptance by Yawol Logistics
- Prices are calculated based on weight, dimensions, distance, and service type
- Payment must be made in full before or at the time of pickup
- We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash
- Incorrect weight or dimension declarations may result in additional charges
- Invoices are generated for all transactions and can be downloaded from your account
4. Liability & Insurance
Our liability for loss, damage, or delay of shipments is limited to the following:
- Standard liability coverage is provided as per our service terms
- Additional insurance can be purchased for high-value shipments
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery
5. Claims & Disputes
For any claims or disputes regarding your shipment:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of the incident
- Provide your tracking ID, booking details, and supporting evidence
- Claims will be investigated and resolved within 30 business days
- Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from shipment:
- Explosives, flammable materials, and hazardous chemicals
- Drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
- Weapons, ammunition, and firearms
- Live animals and plants
- Currency, precious metals, and jewelry
- Counterfeit goods and illegal items
Shipment of prohibited items may result in legal action and immediate termination of services.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
